A few years ago, together with our customers we realised that top candidate were no longer applying for roles, and that the candidate market had become a pure “demand market”.

We therefore look at the candidate market as a whole and mainly do active sourcing to get in touch with candidates who are passively looking for new opportunities. This significantly increases the chances of hiring the best currently available candidates.

We either support you in the identification and approach of suitable candidates, or we manage this process completely for you. As an option, we compile the candidate dossier based on a structured telephone interview.

Our services are based on attractive rates. For the packages (S/M/L) described above, we apply fixed prices independent on the role. In the best case you are able to hire several candidates as a result from the same search. With that, the costs-per-hire are decreased additionally. Based on the experience from numerous customer projects the costs of our model are well below those of internal recruiters and significantly lower of those of recruitment agencies.
